Responsibilities span system administration, solution design and implementation, and advanced troubleshooting across enterprise environments. Collaborate closely with global IT teams to resolve complex technical issues, support critical services, and implement reliable solutions. Consistently deliver high-quality, priority support for VIP stakeholders, maintaining strict service standards and ensuring stable, secure IT operations. Key Contributions and Core Competencies: Infrastructure Operations: Extensive experience administering Microsoft on-premises environments and Azure cloud solutions. I manage and support critical services including DNS, DHCP, GPO, Active Directory, and Certificate Services, applying creative and effective problem-solving approaches to enhance security, reliability, and availability. Within Azure, I oversee Entra ID (Azure AD) and lead virtual networking initiatives involving VNets, firewalls, and Network Security Groups (NSGs), designing optimized and secure cloud environments using both IaaS and PaaS architectures. I leverage strong Microsoft expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and automate processes using PowerShell and ARM templates (Infrastructure as Code). I also manage and optimize VMware vSphere environments, including virtual machine administration, backup and recovery operations, virtual network configuration, and integration with NAS/SAN storage solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices. Client-Side Support: Proven ability to resolve end-user issues efficiently, enhance user experience, and manage support tickets across diverse environments. I support both Windows and macOS users (via JAMF) and maintain smooth operations across operating systems and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Exchange. Global Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with international teams to address complex challenges, share knowledge, and implement solutions aligned with organizational objectives and global IT standards. VIP Support: Deliver high-priority, business-critical support to executive and VIP users, ensuring minimal disruption and continuous operational readiness.
